Recipe of the month: Chipotle Sparked Mustard Salmon

Welcome to the new addition of Angling Unlimited’s blog – a monthly recipe.  Our goal is provide recipes for the fish that we catch in Sitka, Alaska.  Most of our recipes will include fish such as salmon, halibut, rock fish, ling cod, cod and more.  You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive a new recipe each month! This recipe of the month is Chipotle Sparked Mustard Salmon. Enjoy!

Let’s get started.  Begin by gathering your ingredients.

Combine mayo, mustard, horseradish, peppers and lemon pepper into bowl to make sauce.

Mix the ingredients in a bowl.

Prepare pan and salmon for the oven.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes in the middle.

After taking salmon out of the oven, even apply dill weed.

Finally plate your salmon – it’s ready to serve!

    This looks great. I am definitely going to give it a try. The step by step instructions with pictures are awesome. I made the mistake of looking at this on an empty stomach, and now my mouth won’t stop watering! Thanks

    I didn’t have mayo, so I substituted Ranch dressing. Fish was great. Thanks for the recipe. I will use this one again.
