The boats are in the water, all are set up to fish. The rooms are clean and ready for guests. All the big pieces are in place, but this game is about getting the little things right, too. So, we check and recheck the reels. We take boats for a second or third shakedown cruise. We go over all the safety equipment for the third time. The devil is in the details.
