Parmesan Crusted Rockfish

Let’s begin by gathering our ingredients for Parmesan Crusted Rockfish:

Ingredients:

1 rockfish
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt and ground black pepper to taste
olive oil

Mix 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons paprika, and 1 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.

Cover rockfish fillets with olive oil and dredge in the parmesan cheese mixture. Place fillets onto the prepared baking sheet.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes.

Plate to serve and enjoy!
