Orange Glazed Salmon 2

Let’s begin by gathering our ingredients for Orange Glazed Salmon:

Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
6 teaspoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons sherry
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon. Set aside 1/2 cup marinade for basting. Pour remaining marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add skinned salmon. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Drain and discard marinade. Spray grill with non-stick spray. Place salmon grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Spoon reserved marinade over fish.  Remove from grill when salmon flakes. Plate to serve and enjoy!
