Day two of fishing for Hook It & Cook It was another success! Captain Phil guided anglers Jim and Pam Peterson and brothers Jim and John Replogle to The Cape where they bagged their kings and halibut. Sitting on anchor for most of the day because the drift was too fast, the group also caught a variety of other fish including china and vermillion rockfish and ling cod. The typical size of the kings was between 20 and 22 pounds.

Although two days of Hook It & Cook It fishing are in the books, there are still two nights of Chef Ludger’s seafood dishes! On the menu tonight is green herbed gazpacho, Sitka Sounds fish salad, and halibut, shrimp and chorizo paella.IMG_1998
