Hometown: The Woodlands, TX
Why you’re here/Why Alaska?: I love sharing my passion for fishing with other people and this is a great opportunity to do so. I also have never been to Alaska so I am very excited to see the sites and catch different kinds of fish than we do here in Texas.
What you do in the offseason: During the offseason, I generally tend to stay focused on school and frequently work for a Construction Company out of Houston TX. However, during duck season I try my best to find time to get a hunt in every day if not, every other day. School and work do not become a secondary commitment while duck season is active, but that specific time of year tends to revolve more around the opportunities I get to hunt. Over winter break, I focus my time in Rockport, TX which has some of the best hunting and fishing in Texas.
What you love to do/hobbies: Hunting, fishing, and training my hunting dog
Education/goals/career plan: Currently I go to school at Texas A&M University and I’m getting a Construction Science degree. I plan on working in construction after school.
