I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the staff, courtesy and the overall experience, exceeding my expectations!
From the beginning of meeting our shuttle and driver I knew our group of 4 were going to be taken care of to our expectations. We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm.
A top tier staff!
Captain Spencer gave his all in ensuring we were on the fish and his tenacity to making sure we stayed on them was a trait I greatly admired. His deckhand was new but tried hard to do what his Captain expected of him.
We were transferred to a hotel on our last night and our driver stayed with us throughout the check-in to ensure our luggage was on site. In the morning we were picked up and delivered to the airport on time. In the terminal we were met by A. I. personal who helped us check-in and to ensure that our fish were shipped correctly.
When I arrived at home and opened the package of fish I was extremely satisfied with how all fished were bagged and labeled, identifying each filet with the fish type.
Wow, this outfitter is someone I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!
Great experience from start to finish,
Thank You, Angling Unlimited!
