Hometown: Renton, WA

Why you’re here/Why Alaska: In 2014, My father took me on my first fishing trip here at Angling Unlimited. I returned with him again in 2019. Both trips were equally successful but unique in their own rights regarding season timing and fun. An infamous formal hostess of ours attended the same university as me and said I should consider hostessing for AU. That was a little over three years ago. I am now returning for my 4th season as a hostess. I am here because there is no place quite like Sitka, with its breathtaking landscape, fresh seafood, and social atmosphere.

What you do in the offseason: I work as a caregiver and research analyst in Spokane, WA. I enjoy traveling in my free time outside of spending time with family and friends.

What you love to do/hobbies: I love all things outdoors, painting, making food, adventures with friends, laughing too loudly at inappropriate times, and being socially awkward.

Education/goals/career plan: In 2022, I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Science with a primary focus on Biochemistry along with a minor in History. I am in the process of applying to Medical School as I want to become an Anesthesiologist. I plan to one day open a pain clinic specializing in treatment and care for those in a rural location.
