Salmon Dip or Ball

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh salmon
  • 1/2 up mayonnaise
  • 1/2 up cream cheese
  • sweet pickle juice
  • 1/8 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/8 cup chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/8 cup finely chopped green onion
  • parsley for garnish

Bake or steam salmon and flake. Mix mayonnaise and cream cheese, add a little sweet pickle juice, if desired. Beat together until smooth. Mx flaked salmon, celery, sweet pickles and green onion. Blend salmon mix and mayonnaise mixture together. Serve as dip garnished with parsley or form into a ball and roll in chopped parsley.
