Jenny's Salmon Dip

Jenny’s Salmon Dip

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Salmon, seasoned and cooked or smoked
  • 1 1/2 package cream cheese (or 2 if you want more)
  • 4 green onions, chopped or chopped jalapeño if salmon is smoked
  • 2 T Dijon mustard (leave out if using smoked salmon)
  • add pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cool the salmon. Flake and debone it. Add the cream cheese, onions, Dijon mustard and pepper. Mix well. Serve with crackers. This mixture can also be used on wraps. Spread the mixture on flour tortillas. Roll and cut into bite size servings.
