Let’s begin by gathering our ingredients for Super Bowl Sunday Salmon Mousse:
8 oz. smoked salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. dried dill weed
Black pepper, to taste
1 clove garlic, finely minced
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse repeatedly until all the ingredients are blended and smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour to thicken. Pulse again.
Fill frosting bag with salmon mousse. Spread over crackers in shape of a football. Then fill another bag with cream cheese. Use cream cheese bag to create laces on salmon mousse footballs.
