This recipe comes from straight from the Angling Unlimited cookbook. Thanks to former Captain David Boehm for this delicious recipe.
Let’s begin by gathering our ingredients for Famed Fish Dry Rub:
1 salmon fillet
2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon whole tarragon
1 teaspoon dry whole basil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Coat both sides of fish with the mix and let stand anywhere from 15 minutes to a couple of hours before cooking.
Grill for each side for about 5 minutes. Flipping once.
Plate to serve. Enjoy!
