Let’s begin by gathering our ingredients for Apple and Horseradish-Glazed Salmon:
1 salmon fillet
1/3 cup apple jelly
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine 1/3 cup apple jelly, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, 2 tablespoons horseradish, 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir together with whisk.
Skin salmon. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet, then add salmon fillet. Cook each side for three minutes. Brush half apple mixture on salmon. Then place skillet and salmon in oven. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven when salmon flakes. Brush on remaining apple mixture.
Plate to serve. Enjoy!
