Lemon Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Let’s begin by gathering our ingredients for Lemon Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce:

1 wild salmon fillet
2 Tbsp olive oil
juice from 1 small lemon
2 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper

Creamy Dill Sauce
1/3 cup plain Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp mayo
2 minced garlic cloves
1 Tbsp chopped dill
2 – 3 tsp milk
1/2 tsp honey
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut salmon fillet into serving size portions. In a bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp lemon zest, and lemon juice. Grease a baking dish and place salmon fillets in baking dish. Season tops of salmon with salt and pepper then rotate to opposite side. Hello,
Regarding your Lemon Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce recipe, under “Ingredients” should it say, “zest from 1 lemon” instead of “juice from 1 lemon”, as below “juice from 1 lemon” is “2 Tbsp lemon juice”?
    Thank you,
    Cindy

Sorry for the confusion – it’s 2 tsp lemon zest and juice from 1 small lemon. Let us know how it turns out. It’s one of my new favorites. – Andrew
