As we enter the final phase of the 2024 season our guests are enjoying top-shelf silver action
for both numbers and size. Coho (silvers) over 10 pounds are common and fish in the low to
mid-teens hit the nets every day. Limits and near limits have been the rule. We’re grateful that
most pinks have skedaddled to their home rivers and relieved us of their nuisance. The major
surprise remains the higher-than-normal abundance of good-sized king salmon mixed in with
the silvers. Halibut fishing remains fast and easy with the occasional GAF fishing coming in.
Lingcod are obliging and the rockfish never let you down.
