Hometown: I am from Blue Earth, Minnesota.

Why Alaska? I have always wanted to go to Alaska since I was a kid. I have been stuck in the Midwest my whole life and wanted to experience a different environment, and what better way to do that than work in Alaska for the summer! Alaska looks beautiful and I can not wait to explore its landscape.

Offseason: In the offseason, I study finance at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. I also like to play spike ball and go fishing while I’m not studying.

Hobbies: In my free time, I like to fish, hang out with friends and family, play spike ball, go on walks, and just be outdoors in the fresh air doing really anything. I am always open to learning new hobbies and trying new things.

Education: I am currently a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire studying business finance. I am unsure of what I want to do after school at the moment, but I plan on finding a job at a bank or some type of firm where I can use the skills I have learned in school.

My favorite quote: “Living is the art of getting used to what we didn’t expect” ~ Eleanor C. Wood
