Just like the name implies, at Hook It & Cook It, you fish a full day then come back to educational, delicious, and spirited cooking lessons with Ludger Szmania, one of Seattle’s best chef. Ludger runs his own restaurant, Szmania’s, in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood. Prior to that, he was chef at the Four Seasons Hotel. Each participant gets a complete booklet of the recipes and expert instruction on how to turn you catch into the most delicious meals. Ludger keeps it simple, making sure you can duplicate his magic when you get home and entertain family and friends. And, of course, Angling Unlimited’s captains will work their hardest each day and put you on the fish.
